dating behaviours

Our research involved interviews with active daters to establish a model of Dating Behaviours. This model was then tested on a sample of 82 to reduce the model down to the behaviours most commonly displayed by successful daters. This model of 10 behaviours was then further tested on a sample of 259 active daters. This group self-rated how likely they are to demonstrate each behaviour, e.g. I am the type of person who…Makes people laugh,Turns up on time,Talks more than most other people, etc. Respondents were also asked to self-rate their success at dating.

The 10 behaviours are shown in the diagram and outlined in our Blog. Critically, those demonstrating these behaviours are 80% more likely to be successful at dating.
